We had Leo and his team back for another renovation project in our home. This time for a completely outdated and unusable bathroom. We are very happy with how everything turned out! They were very professional, respectful of our space, clean and completed the job within the estimated time period. We had every confidence they would give us their full attention and never cut corners. This is our second project with Woodland Building & Remodeling and we would definitely hire them back again!

I highly recommend them if you are considering an update to your old tired bathroom! A big plus is once they start on your project you receive 100% of their attention. They work quickly and efficiently so the project does not drag on for weeks and the disruption is minimal.

Great work ethic, arriving on time, cleaning up each night (important in a small house). Their work was professionally done, with much attention to detail and in a timely manner. The communication between Leo and us during the project was excellent, he answered all our questions and shared, when asked, his opinions about different aspects of the job, drawing on his years of experience. The finished bathroom is beautiful, and we thank Leo, Jose and Jeff for a job VERY well done. Would use them again in a minute!

What is a difficult and stressful process, Leo was exceptional to deal with. He was easy going, attentive, professional and the quality of his work is fantastic. We will also be having him and his team remodel our bathroom and kitchen. All of his work has been really high quality. He's really responsive and shows up when he says he is going to show up. He also provides really good recommendations without trying to "upsell" anything. Can't recommend him enough.
Raimond Baumans2023-08-28We are delighted with the results of our bathroom remodeling project, and we greatly enjoyed the experience of working with Leo and the Woodland Building and Remodeling team (Jose and Jeffrey). We contracted Woodland to renovate our primary bathroom and a guest bathroom. The project involved installing automated skylights, heated floors, large format tiles (4’x2’), low profile shower sills, a floating shower bench, a Toto “smart toilet”, sound-proofed walls, and recessing an upper vanity cabinet with custom framed mirrors. The workmanship is impeccable, and the team worked with conscientious regard for keeping our living spaces clean and orderly. The overall experience has left us contemplating more renovation projects to tackle!... A big “thank you” to Leo, Jose and Jeffrey for delivering a project that exceeded our expectations!

His responsiveness was fast, clear, and extremely well thought-out. All work was completed on time and on budget. His recommendations were invaluable throughout the project and the results were stunning. The team was consistently patient as we worked through the myriad of renovation and stylistic details that ran throughout the project. We never felt rushed and it was clear our happiness with the result was Leo' top priority.
