Leo the owner of Woodland diagnosed and prescribed the fix for this problem quickly and accurately.  After the initial work was completed a minor adjustment was required to the flashing epoxy on one corner of the concrete step. Leo came right back the next day and fixed the epoxy. Leo was very responsive and professional and is a perfectionist ensuring all of his work is done well.
